Care

Proper care of your florabella item will lengthen its lifespan.  We have included a few tips below to assist you in caring for your item.

Storage:

- To store your hat or bag, place in a box or dust bag to protect it from the environment and to maintain the straw in good condition. 

- Don't leave your straw hat or bag exposed to sun in a closed environment as heat will dry out the straw and may cause breakage. 

- Handle your hat by the edge of the brim

- To Reshape, you can use an iron on a low heat setting using a piece of cloth between the straw and iron.

- To clean straw, spot clean with a little water using a clean cloth or sponge. Rub in a gentle circular motion on the stain.

 Packing:

 - The crown or top of your hat is delicate, please pack with care using the tips below. 

 

Resort Wear:

It is always best to follow the care instructions on you garment. Most items can be hand washed or machine wash on delicate and hung to dry.
